## Medtronic Impact Report Summary

## New-Tech Packaging is honored to share with you the details of our feature in the Medtronic Impact Report!

At New-Tech Packaging, we take pride in building lasting partnerships, and our long-term collaboration with Medtronic, dating back to 1998, exemplifies this. Located in a predominantly residential area of Memphis, we are proud to contribute to the local economy by offering meaningful, long-term employment opportunities. Many of our employees, including some temporary workers, have been with us for over 20 years.

In 2019, New-Tech earned HUBZone certification, a recognition of our commitment to hiring locally and supporting our community. This certification underscores our role as a diverse, community-focused company, which is important to both our employees and customers like Medtronic.

Through our work with Medtronic, we've expanded from providing basic corrugated packaging to offering custom solutions that help optimize their operations across North America. Our relationship has grown to support Medtronic's diverse supplier goals, contributing to their induction into the 2024 Billion Dollar Roundtable. This partnership has been instrumental in New-Tech's growth and our continued ability to provide local, living-wage job opportunities.
